One of the most difficult tasks for any parent is to leave their child of any age in the care of someone else. Our hope is that you will find
our Kid’s Club a warm, loving extension of your home and family.
We are very concerned about every aspect of your child’s care, so providing a safe, clean, healthy, nurturing and fun environment for all children, parents and staff is our primary focus.

Activities and play areas in the Kid’s Club are designed to be flexible enough to meet each child’s developmental needs. Activities are selected based on the ages and interests of the children, stressing fun, safety and the importance of peer interaction. Children may work in a variety of hands-on, self-directed activities including: arts and crafts, games, free play, music and sports activities. Children at Kid’s Club will have daily opportunities for active indoor play, quiet time, and physical, social, and intellectual development.

The Kid's Club offers care for ages 4 months to 12 years old. The enormous facility is separated into three groups: Infants-4 months to 2 years, Toddlers- 2 to 6 years and School Aged- 7-12 years. Each section has a full range of interactive activities to choose from. The infants are surrounded by sensory objects, bright colors, soft textures, and other toys to help with their developmental growth. Toddlers can expect many art projects, books, cars, dress up to inspire inquisitive minds and growing bodies. The School Aged children have access to a computer with educational games, a homework area, Nintendo Wii with sports only games, rock wall, and basketball hoops.

All childcare toys are specially chosen to help build strong minds, bodies and a healthy attitude towards life and social interaction. All toys are age appropriate and entertain as well as challenge children of all ages. Rest assured that your kids will not only love being a part of the kid's Club, but they will be begging you to come to the gym

Kid’s Club Policies & Procedures
             
Since the very first day Kid’s Club opened it’s doors it’s policies and procedures have remained and always will be a vital part of daily operations. These policies were created for the safety and wellness of all children, members, guests, and staff. The following policies and procedures are extremely important.        

  • It is required that all children wear socks while playing in any of the Kid’s Club play area’s. If they wear sandals in, you are more than welcome to bring socks and we will assist the children in putting them on.

Monday - Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Friday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Saturday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

** When it comes time for Holiday Hours a new flyer will be printed and posted at Kid’s Club for your information and convenience**


  • We ask that all “play” items (toys, books, balls, especially electronics, etc) be left either at home or in your vehicle. We would hate for any child’s belongings to be lost or broken. We do understand if a blanket or “comfort” item is necessary for your child to transition.

  • If your child is sick PLEASE do not bring them to the Kid’s Club.  We will ask that you bring your child home immediately if they have any discoloration from their nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, persistent coughing, constant clear runny nose, or questionable contagious disease. A note from your child’s physician may be requested upon your child’s return. If your child has allergies please obtain a note from your doctor and we will keep it with your child’s folder. With a note, we will not need to continuously send your child home because of excused symptoms. A detailed Sick Policy is always in affect and we abide by it very strictly.
  • All children should be fed prior to being dropped off in Kid’s Club. Absolutely no food or drink is to be brought into the facility, especially candy or gum. (Exception’s- baby bottles, sippy cups with water).
  • Children may stay and play in Kid’s Club for a maximum of 2 hours. Please make sure that when you plan your workout for the day that it is always within the 2-hour policy. Parents must always be present and remain in Kid’s Club until their children are completely checked in. Absolutely no child should be entering into the facility unattended at anytime. Kid’s Club opens promptly at 8:00am and then again at 4:00pm Monday thru Friday and at 8:00am on Saturdays. To ensure the facility is ready for your children to play, we kindly ask that children not enter into Kid’s Club any earlier than the designated opening times.
  • It is vital safety and liability issues that while your children are attending Kid’s Club during your daily workout that the parent be onsite at the gym at all times. There are no exceptions to this policy as long as your children are signed into our system and in the care of Kid’s Club employees.
  • Parents are always more than welcome to leave a diaper bag with any of your children’s necessities in Kid’s Club. Parents are responsible for changing their child’s diapers or giving bottles to the children if needed. If a diaper change is needed we will contact you in the gym to have you change the diaper, the same procedure will be used if your child becomes hungry and needs his/her bottle. We also ask that for the safety of the younger child that older siblings refrain from changing their younger sibling’s diaper.
  • If you wish to bring a child that is not yours to Kid’s Club, please bring a written note from the child’s parent authorizing you to be the Guardian allowed to bring/pickup their child to/from Kid’s Club. If the child’s parent(s) are members of the Fitness Center, you may also be added to that child’s enrollment form stating that you are authorized to pick up/drop of the child.  You will also be asked to fill out a Kid’s Club liability form for the guest you are brining. This can be done at Kid’s Club. At any time we may ask to contact that child(s) parent for verbal authorization to accompany the written.
  • For the safety of all children attending Kid’s Club, we will enforce the verbal, written, and possible suspension disciplinary procedures when we feel it is necessary for the well being of the children.

Facts & Information

Q:        What are the ages in Kid’s Club?
A:         Childcare is split up into three groups- INFANTS 4months-2 yrs, TODDLERS 2-5yrs, and JUNIORS 6-12yrs. Once your child is 12, they can join you in the main gym. Each group is divided by age and is asked to play in their appropriate areas at all times. These areas are created for the safety of your children.

Q:        What security measures are there to keep kids safe?
A:         The Kid’s club is utilizing a wonderful computer program called the Nursery Monitor to sign your child in and out. Your child’s picture will be taken and attached to their profile in the computer. This picture will be linked with your membership photo and account. When you check your child in or out, they will automatically be linked to your account, and only you and members on your same account may leave with the child. We have cameras inside the childcare area, which are broadcast to the main gym. This feature allows you to view the childcare area and see your child while working out in the main facility. Kid’s Club also has a main gate to come through upon entering and exiting the building; as well as a sturdy barrier surrounding the infant and toddler area. All measures are taken to keep your child safe. This includes, but not limited to sanitizing toys and area after each shift, adhering to a sick policy, hiring caring and intelligent employees, security cameras, age appropriate toys and state of the art play equipment.

Q:        What can the children do while in the Kid’s Club?

Q:        How is this childcare different from other gyms?
A:         Just to start, the moment you and your family walk through our doors you become part of a very caring family. TVF always has high expectations and huge goals that we strive to reach for with this enormous facility. The Temecula Valley is full of families, and many with young children. The goal is to provide a spacious (3,200 sq. ft) facility that offers a safe haven for children of all ages to grow and families of all sizes to feel welcome and at “home”. The employees of Kid’s Club all have experience in childcare and are CPR/AED certified. All employees go through an extensive screening, orientation, and training process. Children of all ages are always encouraged to interact, socialize, participate, move, shake, crawl, learn and explore! Every child is treated with respect and care to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
