All of our classes provide fun exercises in a group environment that members of all levels can enjoy.

Basic step: Never been in a step class?! This is the class for you. Here is a great workout that takes you through basic step moves. This class works the cardiovascular system and makes the body strong and flexible while working the core.
Core +: An intense, fast paced, fun class where you work on athletic exercises to develop a stronger core and legs, while also enhancing your agility. Bring a towel. Bring some water. Bring a friend!
Circuit Training: This class is designed to be a total body workout. It offers cardiovascular and resistance training by utilizing steps, X-Bikes and low impact moves for a true fat burning effect. By using stations, each participant is able to go at their own pace. This is a great workout for any fitness level.
Pilates: This class builds core strength using a holistic system of exercise with conscious breath and mindfulness of movement, adding resistance with weight, bands and power circles.
Pump: Taking body sculpting to another level with body bars, bands and weights, this class pushes muscles to the extreme.
Pump/Kickbox: This class is a combination of our famous pump class, which pushes your muscles to the extreme combined with high-intensity workout from kicks of martial arts, and punches from boxing.
Step Interval: This is a high intensity class with interval of step and strength training that uses weights, bands and body bars.
X-Biking: This is an indoor bike workout in a group setting designed for all fitness levels. As well as giving a leg workout, the new X-Bars (handle bars) are designed to move from side to side, targeting the upper body, giving an awesome cardio workout.
Note: Water bottle and towel are REQUIRED.
Pedal Pump: An exciting indoor bike workout spiced up with strength training, this workout involves your entire body for a more X-treme and challenging class.
Note: Water bottle and towel are REQUIRED.
Yoga: A great class designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout puts a focus on flexibility, balance, strength and posture, with the additional benefits of relaxation and mental clarity.
Note: Please bring a yoga mat.
Zumba:A cardio dance fusion workout inspired by Latin & International rythms.Easy to follow moves makes it fun for all levels.
