From our Back on Track classes that ease you back into a fit lifestyle or harder core classes like Kickboxing and Boot Camp, we pride ourselves on having a great variety of classes.
Our instructors are certified, friendly, and all about making you feel welcome whether it is your first class or your 50th. And as always, we are always looking for the hottest new classes to include in our schedule.
